Correctional Officer Attacked by Inmate

Petitioner is a 30-year-old employee of a correctional facility. He was injured after being attacked by an inmate. The inmate bit him and knocked him to the ground. He suffered a small bruise on his knee and a scar on his arm from the bite. His case settled for 2 weeks of disfigurement for his scar and 1% loss of use of the leg for the knee bruise.
